What should I do if my payment doesn’t work?

We’re sorry for the trouble! First, make sure that your shipping and billing details are correct. If that doesn’t work, try contacting your bank about the payment. If you’re still having an issue, drop us a message and we’ll do our best to help!

Where do I enter my discount code?

During the first stage of checkout, look for a box beneath your order summary. Enter your code and click ‘apply,’ then watch the magic happen. Remember, only one discount code can be used per order!

How much does shipping cost?

You don’t have to worry about any shipment costs, it’s on us. We offer free worldwide delivery.

Will I have to pay for international taxes and duties?

A small percentage of the orders we ship may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. KAROMade cannot control these costs and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package, so you will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance, if they apply. Customs’ policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information.

How long will it take for my bag(s) to arrive?

Every purchase is processed individually within 2-15 working days starting from next day of the purchase and dispatched with chosen delivery service. All shipments generally arrive at the destination within 5-14 business days after the goods have been dispatched.

Can I track my bag(s) journey?

Absolutely! Once your order has been dispatched you will receive your personal tracking number. Use your tracking number to keep tabs on your bags journey at www.dhl.com. You can also send us a quick message and we’ll be happy to track it for you.

Can I return my bag?

Our aim is to not have returns, but if you’re not 100% satisfied with the items you received then we kindly ask you to email us immediately so we can authorize the return.

Our bags are crafted with ultra-microfiber, a high-tech, luxurious non-animal leather which is also called vegan leather. 
The material is lightweight, non-toxic and 5 times more durable than genuine leather. Ultra-microfiber mimics leather’s exact texture that gives it an unparalleled durability, no animals harmed.

Where are your products made?

Our products are designed in Europe and made in Shandong handbag district. We have highly qualified craftsmen, who are making bags for  prestigious brands that are 10 times our size, but despite our size they decided to give us a chance.
